Early Dismissal

Have your parents send an email with their ID to tdelesline@schools.nyc.gov and jjavier2@schools.nyc.gov, prior to 8am on the day you need to leave early. Include your name and OSIS number.

Absence

Have your parents email all of your teachers and tdelesline@schools.nyc.gov, include your name, OSIS number, date(s) of absence and any comments you have.

Open Lunch Form

Return 2 copies to dean, room 229.

Students are only allowed to leave the building during their lunch period if they have an Open Lunch form on file. Students cannot leave the building on any "free period" or hole in their program.

Working Papers

Working Papers can be processed at any public high school that is open for Summer School or by contacting the family support coordinator in your district.
